EpiComm manage our customer’s drop-ship business by handling amazon seller central account & we process amazon orders for various products by placing orders to B2B and B2C websites.
What do we do?
Process all the orders received on amazon on to the customer’s supplier platform, there might be multiple supplier.
Once logged in we identify supplier by SKU number then go to supplier’s website provided by our customer and enter each and every details and verify the same and place order’s there.
Also look into canceled order’s on amazon and by coordinating with our customer do accept or reject cancellation and update the same, also look into duplicate order’s.
For shipped order’s cancellation, Shipment tracking ID, we do communicate with supplier directly using our customer’s mail client or can use our if customer allows.
Also manage inventory on amazon as per client’s rule and update the same on amazon and also update out of stock product’s on amazon.
Daily, we close shipped order’s with tracking ID and shipment method on amazon using amazon template or manually.
Additionally, also manage and process order's on Walmart, ebay etc.
Send report about daily processed order’s to the customer.
